What is the difference between public/shared and private computer security settings?
Our new security system remembers who you are for a certain amount of time. If you are using a public computer, we want to keep that time short so that someone using the computer after you leave won't be able to get into the Hub using your information. If you select this option you may be asked to re-login a number of times if you are on the site for more than a brief period of time.

If you and people you know are the only ones with access to the computer, the time you are remembered is longer, allowing you to close the browser and re-open it without having to re-authenticate.

For the best security, you should always click Log Out on the far right side of the blue navigation bar when you are done using the Hub. That will immediately remove your credentials from the computer.

Do I have to add @idq.net to my username?
If you are a franchisee or business partner, you no longer need to add @idq.net to your username, tho if you do, you should not have any problems. If you are a DQ employee, you must still enter @idq.com to your username in order to get into the Hub.

Tried logging in numerous times and still can't get in?
If you have tried three times to log in and have not been successful, you may be locked out. Wait for 30 minutes and try again.
